製品の説明

Oven heating elements

Oven heating elements are the core components that generate heat in ovens. They typically come in two main types: stainless steel and quartz. Stainless steel tubes offer high efficiency and ease of maintenance, while quartz tubes provide more uniform heating and are commonly used in microwave ovens and other ovens with grill functions. However, stainless steel tubes are considered a good choice due to their high efficiency, long lifespan, and wide applicability.

Structure and Working Principle:

A resistance wire is placed inside a stainless steel tube, insulated with magnesium oxide powder, and coated with far-infrared paint. Heat generated by the resistance wire is transferred through the insulation material to the outer surface of the metal tube, where it is then radiated or convected to the heated object.

Advantages:

Fast heating, high efficiency, good mechanical strength, and easy bending into various shapes. Suitable for use in a variety of applications, such as metal molds and ovens.

Precautions for Use:

Oven Preheating: Before baking, preheat the oven to the specified temperature to ensure the baking time specified in the recipe is met.

Placing the Baking Tray: For medium-sized ovens, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven unless otherwise specified in the recipe.

Safety protection: When using the oven, you should develop the habit of preheating and using special gloves to avoid burns.
